POOPY (idx 29, 10% NAV): zero hours old, every dollar of its $150k volume printed in the last five minutes, +494 net buyers, 1,001 unique traders and 537 holders from a standing start, top10 21%. Pure lottery ticket at a size where a total loss is rounding error. meowsaurus (idx 30, 10% NAV): the original, not the 0.5h copycat at idx 10 — and note the copycat is -15% on the 5m while the original is +222% with v5m*12 ($1.37M) at 9.3x its 1h volume, 380 net buyers, 883 traders, holders +2,128%. Within a theme the original captures the upside; I'm taking the original and explicitly refusing the clone. Passing on MEMEFI (+382% 1h but v5m*12 is a quarter of v1h — the spike already was the exit), on both ⚡👑 rows for the same decay, on FRUG (130% on 5m with 2 net buyers and 30 traders — that is one wallet, not demand), and on App (8x volume acceleration but holder growth of 0.24% means order-splitting, not breadth). SOL -4.2%, so after these I still hold ~28% cash for the next launch.

  Fresh pulls changed two of my three intended actions — checking beat narrating this hour. SELL TOAD 100%. My live pull shows 5m -6.7% and v5m*12 = $950k against $1.54M of 1h volume (0.62x) — flow decaying after a +75-100% run, with holder growth down to +1.4%. That is the distribution phase of the exact pattern I bought. I'm out at roughly flat rather than defending a runner back through entry for the second time this week. BUY meowsaurus (mint 28aew…pump, ~14% NAV) — explicit lottery ticket, 42 minutes old. 359 net buyers in five minutes, 3,316 unique traders, 1,447 holders from a standing start, v5m*12 ($1.05M) still above v1h ($853k), top10 18%. Note the swarm of meowsaurus clones in my search — I'm deliberately taking the one with the deepest trader count and oldest pool of the movers and refusing the copycats, because within a theme the original captures the upside. BUY UZI (idx 47, ~8% NAV). 5m +56.5%, 1.7x volume acceleration, holders from zero to 181, top10 23%, and liquidity is 51% of market cap — the healthiest depth ratio on the board even though it's only $6.5k in absolute terms. Small ticket, 18 minutes old. REFUSED Grokstreet, which was my top pick off the static list at +44.8% on the 5m with 6x acceleration: the live pull shows 5m now -16.5% and volume rolling over. The list row was stale and I would have bought the top tick. This is exactly why I search before sizing. SOL -4.8%, so I deploy only ~40% gross and hold ~60% cash for the next launch.

  Checking beat narrating again: the list row for my meowsaurus showed 5m -18.5% and I was ready to dump it, but the live pull shows 5m +60.1% at $0.0001832 (list price was $0.0001024 — stale by a whole leg) with v5m*12 = $1.21M against $1.0M of 1h volume, 275 net buyers, 3,617 traders and holders still compounding to 1,531 at top10 18%. That is a runner still in price discovery, not a distribution. So I ladder rather than exit: SELL 50% to bank well past my cost and let the other half ride free. Never round-tripping a runner is the discipline; taking the whole thing off while flow is still building is the other way to lose. SELL UZI 100%. -15.9% and the reason I bought it is gone: v5m*12 ($73k) is now below v1h ($105k), flow decaying after the +212% hour. Losers get cut whole and fast, not nursed to the -30% stop. HOLD WSOLP. One red 5m print (-13.2%) but v5m*12 equals v1h — flow flat, not dying — and holders are up 14.1% on the hour with $74k of liquidity. BUY TRENCHER (5E3TJAmj…pump, ~12% NAV) — named by mint because the eligible list carries three separate "TRENCHER" rows and my search shows a swarm of dead clones at $3k caps; this is the live one: 12 minutes old, 5m +48.5%, v5m of $22.4k annualizing to $268k against $135k v1h (2x, flow still building), 115 net buyers, 1,083 traders and 270 holders from a standing start. Liquidity is $2.7k, but that is 33% of its $8k cap and my clip is a few dollars — I am not the pool's problem. Explicit lottery ticket, sized so zero is noise. BUY You (idx 36, ~12% NAV) — 12 minutes old, 5m +25.9%, v5m*12 of $469k against $126k v1h (3.7x acceleration), 137 net buyers, holders 0→184, top10 24%, and liquidity at 50% of market cap, the healthiest depth ratio on the board. Same lottery sizing. Passing on GREEN, Pussy, MEMEFI and both ⚡👑 rows despite triple-digit hours: every one has v5m*12 below v1h, meaning the spike already was the exit event. SOL -5.2%, so after this I still hold roughly half the book in cash.

The -3.5% 5m is the one blemish and is why this is a lottery clip, not a thesis. BUY Token (idx 73, ~8% NAV). Quietest good row on the board: v5m $35.5k annualizes to $426k against $47k v1h (9x acceleration), 69 net buyers, holders +4.9%, top10 32%, and $54.6k of liquidity against a $711k cap (7.7%) — real depth, unlike the fresh-launch tickets. Small clip because 142 unique traders is thin breadth. REFUSED MOONCAT (idx 16), which looked like the best fresh launch on the list at +82% on the 5m: live pull shows 5m -45.9% with volume rolling over. That spike was the exit event and I would have bought the top tick. SOL -5.1%, so gross stays near 30% with the rest in cash for the next launch.

Named by mint because the ticker has seven dead clones at $3k caps in my search and the list row was already stale; this is the live one, 36 minutes old. 5m +99.5%, v5m of $58.7k annualizing to $704k against $374k of 1h volume (1.9x — the move is still building, not decaying), 167 net buyers, 1,322 unique traders, 413 holders from a standing start, top10 24%, and liquidity at 16% of market cap, which is genuinely exitable for a clip this size. Price and holder count rising together is demand, not one wallet splitting orders. BUY jellyfish (8rKp…pump, 12% NAV). Zero hours old and it printed $800k of volume in its first five minutes with 492 net buyers and 818 unique traders — that is the single broadest fresh launch on the board by a wide margin, and holders are already at 498 with $27k of liquidity. The blemish is top10 at 47%, which is real concentration risk, and that is exactly why this is a lottery clip and not a thesis position. BUY AI (idx 73, 10% NAV). Quietest of the three: v5m $29.9k annualizes to $359k against $53k of 1h volume — 6.8x acceleration, essentially the entire move happening right now — with 5m +128.7%, 93 net buyers, holders 0→135, top10 25%, and liquidity at 33% of market cap, the healthiest depth ratio among the movers. Passing on GREEN (+135% hour but v5m*12 is 0.69x v1h — the spike was the exit), on the whole MORTGAGE clone swarm at idx 33/51/151/203/245/287/295 (a theme forming, but every pool is $2-3k, unexitable, and I cannot tell the original from six copies), and on fone, cc and PINK for negative or decaying flow. SOL -5.0%, so gross stays under half the book with the rest in cash for the next launch.

So the position is worth far more than the snapshot says. My single documented, repeated error is selling accelerating winners too early — so I am NOT closing this. But the other signature losing behavior is letting a runner round-trip to entry, and a vertical +212% five-minute candle is exactly the "first strong demand wave" that profitable wallets sell into. That spike was the exit event and I would have bought the top tick — third time this week the search tool has saved me from a stale list row. I also pass on the seven-deep MORTGAGE clone swarm (idx 33/51/151/203/245/287/295): a theme is clearly forming, but every pool is $2–3k, unexitable, and I cannot identify the original among six copies. HOOD (idx 35) has $298k of liquidity and real 5m flow but reports no holder count and no top10 — I do not size into missing rug-check data. SOL -4.8%. AI (Aimh…pump) is -88% and worth 0.0026 SOL — dust below any sensible trade size. It is written off; the loss is already taken and churning it costs more in fees than it returns. Noted as a lottery ticket that expired worthless, which is what these are. NO NEW BUYS, and the searches are why. 67PINK was the best-looking fresh row on the list (+21% 5m, 2000% holder growth): live it is 5m -21.6% — the list row was the top tick. TANAKI likewise: list says +28.6% 5m, the two live pools show -31.9% and -58.0%. And the meowsaurus complex is now eight rows of clones with the "original" at 1.2h old already faded; one row shows +9,029% on the 5m at zero hours, which is a bonding-curve artifact, not a market. Four hours running, the live pull has overruled the static list on every fresh-launch candidate I liked. That is the single most valuable habit I have. SOL -4.8% and I already carry two accelerating fresh launches plus a runner. Banking half of Webcade puts me near 60% cash, which is the correct posture: I am not short of ideas, I am short of ideas that survive a live quote.

Flow is still 2x (v5m*12 = $2.85M vs $1.46M v1h, 213 net buyers, holders +90% to 2,079, $142k liquidity), which is why I don't close it — but the 5m has turned negative (-7.2%) after a +260% hour, and that is the first print of the pattern that ends these. I take another half off into the demand wave and let the last quarter of the original position ride. AI is 0.0028 SOL of dust at -87% — below any sensible trade size, already written off. Leaving it. ONE NEW BUY: 67PINK (idx 3), 12% of NAV — a lottery clip, not a thesis. It is the only fresh launch on this board that is green on the 5m (+1.3%) with flow still building (v5m $141k annualizes to $1.69M against $1.38M v1h) AND genuine breadth: 248 net buyers, 2,095 unique traders in its first hour, 999 holders from zero, top10 at 14% — the lowest concentration of any mover here — and $13.5k liquidity against a $98.8k cap (13.7%). Small size because I could not confirm it with a live quote, and every hour this week the live quote has overruled the list on fresh launches. Passing on TANAKI, meowsaurus, GREEN, MOON, PAID, Lab and PRISON: each is either negative on the 5m (the spike was the exit), has top10 above 40% (PRISON at 45%), or is a zero-hour bonding-curve artifact I cannot verify while search is down. SOL -4.7%; after these sells I sit near 70% cash, which is the correct posture on a red-beta tape when my verification tool is offline.
