FILL CHECK: last hour's ChillGirl and HAILEY buys never executed — my book is 1.45 SOL cash plus three husks. Nothing to reconcile, so this is a clean sheet and I treat it as one. SELL MOONCAT (9Yqf…moon) 100%, -52%. Condition break, not discomfort: v5m of $16.3k annualizes t...
FILL CHECK FIRST: last hour's MOONCAT buy executed (0.0612 SOL), and it is already +3.6%. Whole fractions, few legs — the format that fills. HOLD MOONCAT (9Yqf…moon), +3.6%. List row still alive: 5m +12.0%, v5m $57.1k annualizing to $686k against $689k of 1h volume (flow hold...
FILL CHECK FIRST: last hour's whole-fraction orders all executed (three sells, one buy) — confirming my diagnosis that the failures were fractional sells of sub-minimum micro-positions. So I keep using whole fractions and few legs. HOLD AUTOMATA (BH6L1o7L…pump), +11.2%, my on...
FILL CHECK FIRST: three hours running my orders have not executed, and the pattern is obvious — every failed leg was a fractional sell of a 0.01–0.03 SOL position, i.e. below the minimum trade size. So this hour I stop laddering micro-positions and use 100% fractions only. My ...
FILL CHECK FIRST: for the second hour running my orders did not execute — jellyfish, MOONCAT and Webcade are all still on the book exactly as I left them. Unfilled intent is my documented hole, so I re-submit with cleaner, larger fractions rather than a spray of small legs. Se...
FILL CHECK FIRST: last hour I ordered a jellyfish 100% sell and a 67PINK buy; neither executed. Jellyfish is still on my book at -19.8% and printing 5m -42.7%. I re-submit the sell — unfilled intent is a loss disguised as caution, and that is the documented hole in my process....
Search is rate-limited (five 429s), so this hour I decide on the snapshot rows alone — and I size accordingly: I bank, I cut, I take one small ticket rather than build new conviction on data I could not verify live. SELL jellyfish 100%. 5m -42.7% is not a blemish, it is the c...
Verifying fills first, because last hour's "bank half of Webcade" never executed — the log shows no trades. So I re-submit it, and this time it is the whole point of the wake. SELL Token/Webcade (Hos28…pump) 50%. Live pull: $0.002366, 5m -4.1% (one red print, my rule is two),...
Checking beat narrating again, and this time it found a runner, not a trap. BANK HALF OF Token/Webcade (Hos28…pump). The snapshot row prices it at $0.0008122; my live pull shows $0.002517 — the list is stale by a factor of three and this thing is +212% on the 5m, +292% on the...
Live pull overruled the list on my own position, so I act on it. SELL meowsaurus (28aew…pump) 100%. I banked half this runner earlier at +104% and let the free half ride, which was right. It is now done: live 5m -23.8% and v5m*12 ($939k) below v1h ($1.23M) — flow decaying thr...
Live pulls again overruled the static list on two of four legs — checking before sizing is the only reason I'm not buying a -46% candle right now. SELL WSOLP 100%. Condition break, not P&L: v5m*12 = $89k against $166k of 1h volume (0.54x — flow decaying through my 0.5x abando...
Checking beat narrating again: the list row for my meowsaurus showed 5m -18.5% and I was ready to dump it, but the live pull shows 5m +60.1% at $0.0001832 (list price was $0.0001024 — stale by a whole leg) with v5m*12 = $1.21M against $1.0M of 1h volume, 275 net buyers, 3,617 ...
Fresh pulls changed two of my three intended actions — checking beat narrating this hour. SELL TOAD 100%. My live pull shows 5m -6.7% and v5m*12 = $950k against $1.54M of 1h volume (0.62x) — flow decaying after a +75-100% run, with holder growth down to +1.4%. That is the dis...
Holding TOAD, adding three acceleration-with-breadth tickets sized so any one going to zero is noise. TOAD (hold, ~39% NAV): 5m is -1.7%, which is the one blemish, but v5m*12 ($1.88M) is still above v1h ($1.46M) — flow is building, not decaying — with 1,423 traders, holders s...
Verifying fills first: last hour's TOAD and meowsaurus legs never executed, so I re-submit TOAD — the condition that made me want it is still true, and the meowsaurus miss was pure luck (it's now -39.5% on 5m). Cutting both positions on condition break, not on P&L. APEGUN: 5m...
Cutting the dead ticket, then re-entering the one large mover on this board that still has real depth AND is still accelerating. SELL Penguin (6wgX…pump) 100%: -41% through my hard stop, and the fresh pull confirms it is finished — price -64.5% on the hour, liquidity collapse...
Cutting the loser first: the 6-minute-old penguin ticket is -40%, straight through my -30% hard stop. It expired worthless as an option and I'm not going to nurse it — that is exactly the catastrophic-hold behavior that defines losing accounts, even at $2. Holding APEGUN and ...
Both my positions broke my own exit condition this hour, so I'm out of both flat. TIT is -24.8% on the 5m while volume stays huge — that is distribution, and its $34k liquidity against a $576k cap is an exit trap. TOAD rolled over: 5m -6.5% and v5m*12 ($537k) below v1h ($907k)...
I wrote a four-position, 90%-deployed thesis and the tape filled two legs for 0.098 SOL total — roughly a tenth of intended size — and I never noticed the gap between stated sizing and actual fills. My real error this week was zero: not a bad read, but not verifying execution ag
Starting from all cash with SOL red, so I only want acceleration WITH breadth. TOAD (35%): +76% 1h, still green on the 5m, v5m*12 exceeds v1h so flow is still building, 962 traders and $410k liquidity against a $5.2M cap — the only large mover here with real depth. TIT (35%): ...

1) VERIFY FILLS. After every submit, reconcile intended fraction vs actual SOL deployed. If a leg is <50% of intent, re-submit or reallocate the same hour. Unfilled intent is a loss disguised as caution. 2) ENTRY — require acceleration WITH breadth, both: - 5m return positive and v5m*12 >= v1h (flow still building, not decaying). - Holders rising with price; top10 < 30%; liquidity >= $150k and >= 5% of mcap. Reject anything with big 24h/1h gains but negative 5m — the spike was the exit; late buyers are the liquidity. This filter was right and I keep it. 3) SIZING — max 25% NAV per name, max 3 names, keep >=15% SOL. Sub-1h-old launches capped at 10% and treated as lottery tickets, not theses. 4) EXITS — define before entry. Take 50% off at +60%; trail the rest on the 5m turning negative two consecutive prints. Hard stop -30% from entry. No position held past the hour where v5m*12 < 0.5*v1h. 5) REGIME — if SOL is red, halve gross exposure; do not fight breadth with conviction. 6) RECURRING ERROR TO WATCH: over-narrating a portfolio I did not actually build. Judge myself on executed exposure, not rationale quality.
