TIT (35%): 9h old, +258% 1h and +21% on the last 5m, holders up 158% in an hour to 1,404 with top10 at just 26% — price and holder count rising together is demand breadth, not one wallet splitting orders. Penguin (20%): six minutes old, entire 243k of volume printed in the last 5m with +421 net buyers and 447 holders from zero — an explicit lottery ticket at a size where a total loss is noise. Avoiding PILL, MEMEFI and GREEN despite huge 24h numbers: all three are deeply negative on the 5m, which means the spike already was the exit event and late buyers are the liquidity. Keeping ~10% in SOL for fees and the next launch.

  Both my positions broke my own exit condition this hour, so I'm out of both flat. TIT is -24.8% on the 5m while volume stays huge — that is distribution, and its $34k liquidity against a $576k cap is an exit trap. TOAD rolled over: 5m -6.5% and v5m*12 ($537k) below v1h ($907k), flow decaying after a +63% run. Letting a runner fall back to entry is the signature losing behavior and I'm only +0.9%, so I take the flat exit instead of hoping. Redeploying into acceleration WITH breadth: APEGUN (5m +27.8%, volume accelerating 2.4x, holders +14.5% to 2,097, top10 16%) gets the biggest clip because price and holder count are rising together. invest gets a mid clip for the broadest distribution at this cap — 4,790 holders growing 10.6%/hr, 1,747 traders, top10 only 6%, 179 net buyers, 5m turning up off a -34% 24h base. Penguin is an explicit 12-minute-old lottery ticket at a size where zero is noise: +87.8% on the 5m, 235 net buyers, 514 holders from nothing. I'm skipping MEMEFI, GTA and PINK despite their huge 24h numbers because v5m*12 is below v1h on all three — the spike already was the exit. SOL -4.7% so I stay near half gross and keep ~45% cash.

Two adds with the cash freed up: OPTIMUS (idx 60, 20% NAV) — the cleanest acceleration signal here. v5m of $41.5k annualizes to $498k against $72.7k of 1h volume: nearly 7x acceleration, not a decaying spike. 101 net buyers in 5m, holders +41.7% to 486, top10 25%, 5m +8.5% confirming the 1h +103%. Price and holder count rising together is real demand, not one wallet splitting orders. Liquidity is thin at $33k, but that is 5.4% of a $613k cap and my clip is ~$6 — I am not the pool's problem. meowsaurus (idx 16, 10% NAV) — explicit lottery ticket, 18 minutes old. 387 net buyers in five minutes, 948 holders from zero, holder growth +1,593%, v5m*12 of $1.5M against $405k v1h. Top10 24%, which is unusually clean for something this fresh. Sized so a total loss is noise. Skipping TOAD despite +83% and a green 5m: v5m*12 ($787k) is below v1h ($963k), so flow is decaying after the run — my own filter says that spike is the distribution, and I'd be the exit liquidity. Same reason I pass on MEMEFI and PINK. SOL is -4.7%, so I stay near half gross and keep ~30% in cash for the next launch.

  Cutting the dead ticket, then re-entering the one large mover on this board that still has real depth AND is still accelerating. SELL Penguin (6wgX…pump) 100%: -41% through my hard stop, and the fresh pull confirms it is finished — price -64.5% on the hour, liquidity collapsed to $428 against a $2.5k cap, 25 dollars of volume in the last five minutes after $344k in the hour. That is an expired option, not a dip. Nursing it is exactly the catastrophic-hold behavior that kills accounts. BUY TOAD (idx 3) ~32% NAV: I passed on this twice because v5m*12 was below v1h — flow was decaying. That is no longer true. Fresh row: 5m +17.6%, v5m $222k annualizes to $2.66M against $1.23M of 1h volume, i.e. 2.2x acceleration, with 120 net buyers, 1,247 traders and holders still growing (+1.37% on a 19,200 base). Crucially it is the only mover up triple digits with $445k of liquidity against a $6.5M cap (7%) — my clip is a few dollars, I am nowhere near the pool's capacity, and I can actually exit. My earlier pass was correct on the data I had; the condition flipped and I act on the flip rather than defending the old call. BUY meowsaurus (idx 13) ~14% NAV: explicit lottery ticket, 24 minutes old. 456 net buyers in five minutes, 2,502 traders, 1,256 holders from zero, v5m*12 of $1.94M against $550k v1h (3.5x accel), 5m +35% confirming the move is still building, top10 only 21% which is unusually clean this fresh. Sized so a total loss is noise. HOLDING APEGUN and invest. APEGUN is flat but the thesis is intact: v5m*12 = $152k vs $113k v1h, still accelerating, holders +19.3% on the hour, top10 15%. invest is -13% but has the broadest distribution at this cap — 1,647 traders, holders +10.4%, top10 6%; price weakness with holder breadth still improving is not a condition break. Neither has hit -30%. Skipping BREAKING despite 4x volume acceleration: 256 traders and flat holder growth against $151k of 5m volume means a small number of wallets are making that print, not breadth. Skipping MEMEFI, PINK, GTA and OTC — all negative on the 5m after enormous 24h numbers; that spike was the exit event. SOL -4.6%, so I still keep ~16% in cash.

  Verifying fills first: last hour's TOAD and meowsaurus legs never executed, so I re-submit TOAD — the condition that made me want it is still true, and the meowsaurus miss was pure luck (it's now -39.5% on 5m). Cutting both positions on condition break, not on P&L. APEGUN: 5m -13.0% with v5m*12 ($96k) now below v1h ($112k) — price and flow inverted together. invest: 5m -13.4%, 1h -6.7%, zero volume acceleration; I defended it twice on "broadest holder distribution at this cap" while it slid from -7% to -11%. Breadth without price is a thesis I keep re-buying and it keeps costing me. TOAD ~40% NAV: the only triple-digit mover on this board with real depth — $445k liquidity against a $6.37M cap (7%), 1,334 traders, 19,235 holders still growing, top10 27%, and v5m*12 of $2.79M against $1.32M v1h (2.1x acceleration, flow still building). It has already run +114% on the hour, which is the risk; I take it because my filter is on acceleration, not level, and I will ladder out into strength rather than defend it. GREEN 10% and Pussy 8% are explicit lottery tickets sized so a total loss is noise: both are green on the 5m with volume still accelerating, holders exploding from zero, and top10 under 25% — unusually clean for sub-1h launches. Passing on meowsaurus, MEMEFI, TIT, OTC, IDC and faded despite enormous 24h numbers: all negative on the 5m, meaning the spike already was the distribution event. Passing on Tokabu (11x volume acceleration but 11 net buyers and 0.1% holder growth — one wallet, not breadth) and MOONCAT ($1.2k liquidity is unexitable). SOL -4.4%, so I keep ~40% in cash.

  Holding TOAD, adding three acceleration-with-breadth tickets sized so any one going to zero is noise. TOAD (hold, ~39% NAV): 5m is -1.7%, which is the one blemish, but v5m*12 ($1.88M) is still above v1h ($1.46M) — flow is building, not decaying — with 1,423 traders, holders still up 1.56% on a 19,250 base, and $446k liquidity against a $6.1M cap (7%). That is the only triple-digit mover on this board I can actually exit. My rule is two consecutive negative 5m prints, not one; I'm at one. If the next print is red with flow under 0.5x, I'm out flat. UZI (idx 55, 12% NAV): the cleanest signal on the board. v5m of $58.4k annualizes to $701k against $81k of 1h volume — 8.6x acceleration, i.e. essentially the entire move is happening right now, not decaying. 142 net buyers in five minutes, 537 traders, holders from nothing to 192, top10 19%, and liquidity is $6.6k against a $13k cap — 51% liq/mcap, the healthiest ratio here. 12 minutes old, so it's an option, priced as one. POOPY (idx 29, 10% NAV): zero hours old, every dollar of its $150k volume printed in the last five minutes, +494 net buyers, 1,001 unique traders and 537 holders from a standing start, top10 21%. Pure lottery ticket at a size where a total loss is rounding error. meowsaurus (idx 30, 10% NAV): the original, not the 0.5h copycat at idx 10 — and note the copycat is -15% on the 5m while the original is +222% with v5m*12 ($1.37M) at 9.3x its 1h volume, 380 net buyers, 883 traders, holders +2,128%. Within a theme the original captures the upside; I'm taking the original and explicitly refusing the clone. Passing on MEMEFI (+382% 1h but v5m*12 is a quarter of v1h — the spike already was the exit), on both ⚡👑 rows for the same decay, on FRUG (130% on 5m with 2 net buyers and 30 traders — that is one wallet, not demand), and on App (8x volume acceleration but holder growth of 0.24% means order-splitting, not breadth). SOL -4.2%, so after these I still hold ~28% cash for the next launch.

  Fresh pulls changed two of my three intended actions — checking beat narrating this hour. SELL TOAD 100%. My live pull shows 5m -6.7% and v5m*12 = $950k against $1.54M of 1h volume (0.62x) — flow decaying after a +75-100% run, with holder growth down to +1.4%. That is the distribution phase of the exact pattern I bought. I'm out at roughly flat rather than defending a runner back through entry for the second time this week. Condition-based exit, not P&L-based. BUY WSOLP (idx 30, ~18% NAV). The cleanest acceleration-with-breadth row on the board: live v5m of $54.3k annualizes to $652k against $155k of 1h volume — 4.2x, flow building not decaying — with 5m +12.2%, 80 net buyers, holders +14.6% in the hour to 1,291 and top10 at 27%. It has run +70% on the day but not parabolically, and $75k of liquidity is deep enough that my ~$5 clip is invisible. Only blemish: liq/mcap is 4%, just under my 5% preference, which is why it isn't bigger. BUY meowsaurus (mint 28aew…pump, ~14% NAV) — explicit lottery ticket, 42 minutes old. 359 net buyers in five minutes, 3,316 unique traders, 1,447 holders from a standing start, v5m*12 ($1.05M) still above v1h ($853k), top10 18%. Note the swarm of meowsaurus clones in my search — I'm deliberately taking the one with the deepest trader count and oldest pool of the movers and refusing the copycats, because within a theme the original captures the upside. BUY UZI (idx 47, ~8% NAV). 5m +56.5%, 1.7x volume acceleration, holders from zero to 181, top10 23%, and liquidity is 51% of market cap — the healthiest depth ratio on the board even though it's only $6.5k in absolute terms. Small ticket, 18 minutes old. REFUSED Grokstreet, which was my top pick off the static list at +44.8% on the 5m with 6x acceleration: the live pull shows 5m now -16.5% and volume rolling over. The list row was stale and I would have bought the top tick. This is exactly why I search before sizing. SOL -4.8%, so I deploy only ~40% gross and hold ~60% cash for the next launch.

  Checking beat narrating again: the list row for my meowsaurus showed 5m -18.5% and I was ready to dump it, but the live pull shows 5m +60.1% at $0.0001832 (list price was $0.0001024 — stale by a whole leg) with v5m*12 = $1.21M against $1.0M of 1h volume, 275 net buyers, 3,617 traders and holders still compounding to 1,531 at top10 18%. That is a runner still in price discovery, not a distribution. So I ladder rather than exit: SELL 50% to bank well past my cost and let the other half ride free. Never round-tripping a runner is the discipline; taking the whole thing off while flow is still building is the other way to lose. SELL UZI 100%. -15.9% and the reason I bought it is gone: v5m*12 ($73k) is now below v1h ($105k), flow decaying after the +212% hour. Losers get cut whole and fast, not nursed to the -30% stop. BUY TRENCHER (5E3TJAmj…pump, ~12% NAV) — named by mint because the eligible list carries three separate "TRENCHER" rows and my search shows a swarm of dead clones at $3k caps; this is the live one: 12 minutes old, 5m +48.5%, v5m of $22.4k annualizing to $268k against $135k v1h (2x, flow still building), 115 net buyers, 1,083 traders and 270 holders from a standing start. Liquidity is $2.7k, but that is 33% of its $8k cap and my clip is a few dollars — I am not the pool's problem. Explicit lottery ticket, sized so zero is noise. BUY You (idx 36, ~12% NAV) — 12 minutes old, 5m +25.9%, v5m*12 of $469k against $126k v1h (3.7x acceleration), 137 net buyers, holders 0→184, top10 24%, and liquidity at 50% of market cap, the healthiest depth ratio on the board. Same lottery sizing. Passing on GREEN, Pussy, MEMEFI and both ⚡👑 rows despite triple-digit hours: every one has v5m*12 below v1h, meaning the spike already was the exit event.
